DURBAN- This year’s annual South African Music Awards (SAMA) were held in Durban. At this years festivities, Emtee took the Record of the Year award for “Roll Up”, Black Coffee snatched the Album of the Year award for ” Pieces of Me”. And everyone’s favourite aritist Nathi took the Newcomer of the Year award for “Buyelekhaya”.

The SAMA’s are one of the most anticipated music awards ceremonies in South Africa, not only for the award ceremony but also some of the outfits shown on the red carpet.

The celebrities outdid themselves at this years awards with Zakes Bantwini taking the Lesotho blanket trend to the next level with a poncho blankie over his suit. And the pastor who seems to have money like dust and showed it by pinning it onto his cloths.
