Fifi Cooper and Ambitious Entertainment legal battle is about to get messier with the EFF legal team involvement in the case. on Thursday, Ambitiouz Entertainment gained a court interdict against Fifi Cooper for breach of contract from the Gauteng High Court which among other things prevents her from performing her own music.
This comes after the rapper abruptly left the record label in February with fellow artists A-Reece and duo B3nchMarQ. She stated that the reason for her exit is because she had issues with the owner Kgosi Mahumapelo with regards to her finances.

In a statement released on the record label’s Twitter page, Ambitiouz Entertainment lists the terms of the interdict.

Fifi has allegedly being battling with finances and her in ability to perform of engage in the entertainment space as a result of the interdict passed by Ambitious Entertainment is seen as a way to subdue and eventually damage her career.

A label that goes through so much trouble to end a former artist’s career. Let this be a lesson to all artists signed under Ambitious Entertainment right now…Strength and Wisdom to Fifi Cooper I hope she bounces back from this.

Even if Fifi Cooper can’t perform those songs, we will just sing as a crowd & she can just dance. We in solidarity with her. These labels are biggest scams pic.twitter.com/OySTV71KMg

The record label is also allegedly involved in peddling with political connections to ensure Fifi cooper is not listed with political ran or affiliated performances. The EFF tweeted that they would assist Fifi Cooper, adding the company had ties to the North West Premier Supra Mahumapelo.

We have seen the injustice caused on Fifi Cooper by Ambitious Entertainment which is politically associated with the corrupt North West Premier, Supra Mahumapelo. We have contacted Fifi with the willingness to help her fight back against the corrupt & exploitative record company!

Ambitious Entertainment Mahumapelo however commented that he is exercising the rights of the company and must not be seen as anything other that, he didn’t want to speak further as he has been advised by his legal team to avoid engaging anyone on the issue. Juluis Malema and Flyod recently posted a tweet to affirm their stand and support for fifi cooper

We are always on the side of the weak and the dejected. Wipe your tears African Girl, very soon you will sing your beautiful songs again. Proper legal team is assembled to help #FifiCooper against the powerful. #JusticeForFifiCooper pic.twitter.com/uMiRMOZpHs

EFF has contacted Fifi Cooper. Shit is about to go down. Ambitious Entertainment should know by now that when legal battles are involved EFF lead by @Advngcukaitobi always win. The court interdict violated Fifi’s right to do her job which she depends on to survive.

I pray that Fifi Cooper does so well in life & one day has to bail out Ambitiouz & buy it…then change its name to Fifi Cooper Entertainment. pic.twitter.com/X9r9r6Zepd
