Victor Majola, who has been arrested in connection with the murder of Warrick Stock, popularly known as DJ Warras, has received medical treatment following allegations of police assault.
Majola appeared briefly in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning for his second court appearance since his arrest on 23 December 2025. He was seen limping as he entered the courtroom.
During his initial appearance, Majola claimed that he had been assaulted by police officers while in custody. The matter was raised again during Tuesday’s proceedings, where the court was informed that he had since been examined by a medical professional.
Through an interpreter, Majola confirmed to Magistrate Simon Radasi that he had been seen by a doctor at the Johannesburg Prison the previous day, as requested by the court.
The case has been postponed as investigations into the murder of DJ Warras continue.
