Former President Jacob Zuma has paid tribute to struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela’s at her house in Soweto.
He is the second former President to pay his respects to Madikizela Mandela who died on Monday afternoon.
Former President Thabo Mbeki visited the family on Tuesday.
Zuma says he is shocked and saddened by her sudden death.
“It is always a painful experience when one of the family members depart from us.”
“But it is more felt when you take comrade Winnie Mandela, the type of a person she was, not just a mother to the family but a mother the ANC and a mother to the nation, says Zuma.
