DURBAN – KwaZulu-Natal’s Tourism MEC Sihle Zikalala is expected to visit a Sodwana Bay guest house on Wednesday after racist comments from the owner caused a social media storm last week.
In an email, Andre Slade told a prospective guest that they don’t accept blacks or government employees any longer.
Zikalala says he’s received a preliminary report after an investigation and that action will be taken.
The South African Human Rights Commission is also looking into the matter.
