JOHANNESBURG – Terror suspects Fatima and Ibrahim Patel are expected to appear in the Kagiso magistrate’s court in Krugersdorp on Monday.
Hawks spokesperson Hangwani Mulaudzi said that the siblings will be appearing in court on charges of illegal possession of ammunition and violating the explosives act.
They were arrested last weekend along with twins Brandon-Lee and Tony-Lee Thulsie.
Authorities say the 23-year-old twins planned to carry out attacks on US and Jewish institutions in South Africa.
