Lufthansa has unveiled its Allegris onboard product on its non-stop flights between Munich and Cape Town, representing a notable enhancement in the premium travel sector within South Africa.

The Allegris cabins provide an enhanced passenger experience tailored to the needs of contemporary travelers, according to the airline. The features of the aircraft encompass spacious and adjustable seating, advanced inflight entertainment systems, and private suites available in the business class section.

Lufthansa operates daily flights from Cape Town utilizing its A350-900 aircraft, with departures scheduled at 09:30 and arrivals in Munich at 19:45.

Travel in Allegris style will be offered in economy, premium economy, business, and first class on the A350 aircraft. Rene Koinzack, the Senior Director of Sales for Southern & East Africa at Lufthansa, emphasized the significance of this enhancement, stating that it will improve the travel experience for South African travelers.

“The introduction of the Allegris cabins is expected to alter travel behaviors, motivating a greater number of South Africans to select Lufthansa for their international flights, Munich, the dynamic capital of Bavaria, is celebrated for its remarkable architecture, which includes the iconic Neuschwanstein Castle and the historic Marienplatz.

The city is home to a rich cultural landscape, encompassing world-class museums, theaters, and the renowned Oktoberfest, an event that honors Bavarian traditions through vibrant celebrations.
