JOHANNESBURG – Kwaito star Mixon Tholo, popularly known as Tsekeleke, has passed on.
He passed away in a Vosloorus hospital on Tuesday night.

Tsekeleke was diagnosed with diabetes and had been in and out of the hospital since last year.
He was rushed to hospital on Monday after undergoing a procedure on his leg.
Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa paid tribute to the artist, describing him as sensational and avant-garde.

Tsekeleke is known for his hit single “Fatty Boom Boom”.
