Pretoria – President Jacob Zuma has appointed two Judges to act as Judges of the Constitutional Court.
The Presidency on Friday said Justice B H Mbha of the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein has been appointed to act as a Judge of the Constitutional Court for the period 1 August 2016 to 15 December 2016.
He will act in the place of Justice B E Nkabinde, who will be acting as Deputy Chief Justice during that period.
Also, Justice C J Musi of the Free State Division of the High Court in Bloemfontein has been appointed to act as a Judge of the Constitutional Court for the period 1 August 2016 to 15 December 2016, in the vacancy created by the retirement of Justice J V Van der Westhuizen.
