PRETORIA – Water and Sanitation Minister Nomvula Mokonyane will not pursue legal action against the EFF.
This after EFF leader, Julius Malema alleged at the IEC results centre on Friday afternoon that she was having an affair with ANC Youth League treasurer, Reggie Nkabinde and accused the pair of money laundering.
Malema making several allegations about various #ANC members accusing them of money laundering, including #NomvulaMokonyane.

Her spokesperson, Limandlela Ndamase said: “The onus is on him to provide the relevant facts so that they can back up the allegations he has made. We will not fall into the trap of giving Julius Malema airtime, wasting the time of the court which should be dealing with more important issues-more so during women’s month where we should be dealing with crimes against women.
“One of them he committed by making such sexist remarks against the minister of water and sanitation. So we will not be going to court, but Julius Malema has the onus to prove the allegations he has made.”
