South Africa Racism issues broadens as more race related comments and infuriation continues. Just weeks after the coffin saga and pick n pay racial fight, a new thread of comments has come under scrutiny. However authorities have made the Crimen injuria applicable to all case that are declared racist. Crimen Injuria is a crime under South African common law, defined to be the act of “unlawfully, intentionally and seriously impairing the dignity of another.”
