A bride who allegedly ran of with $21,000 of her fiance’s buck’s party money has been pictured at a homeless hostel.

Rachel Doran was accused of stealing money from her fiance, 27-year-old Chris Mahone from Cleator Moor in the UK, and his friends when she planned his buck’s party. The group was all set for the celebration in Ibiza, along with 29 of his mates.

However, the party quickly fizzled when they discovered – while trying to board their flight to the island – that everyone’s boarding passes were fake.

“We got there with the boarding passes, with Jet2 on the top and Cumbria Travel at the bottom. There was a reference number and everything,” one of the group told The Sun.

“We handed it in at the check-in desk but there was no record of us. We then phoned the hotel in Ibiza and they’d never heard of us.”

Rachel is understood to have collected $721 (£440) from each of the travellers, totalling $21,301 (£13,000).

She was recently arrested over the case. A Cumbria Constabulary spokesperson told MailOnline: “Cumbria Constabulary can confirm that a 29-year-old woman, from Cleator Moor, was arrested yesterday evening on suspicion of fraud by false representation.

“She has since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.”

Now, the Sunday Mirror has obtained images of the former bride-to-be. A source said: “She doesn’t stray far from the door and when she leaves she normally has her hoodie pulled up.

“She’s wary of being recognised after all that’s gone on, but she’s on friendly terms with the other people staying there. She’s happy chatting to them.”
Chris took to Facebook after the buck’s party shock to apologise to his mates, who all rallied around him, telling the jilted groom he had “nothing to apologise for”.

“Well words cannot describe the pain and feels that are playing with my head today, I totally want to apologise to all my fantastic mates that were gonna celebrate what was supposed to be my stag do, I can’t apologise enough, l’m sorry boys I really am,” he wrote.

And it seems the missing bride’s family want nothing to do with her.
Her brother Ryan Doran commented on Chris’s post, saying: “Too good of a lad for a scumbag like that pal, she will get what’s coming to her.”

“How a person can do something like that is beyond me! Evil cow!! No morals whatsoever!!”
His sentiments appear to be shared across the family, with Rachael’s 81-year-old grandmother telling the newspaper: “Her parents are just devastated, embarrassed and disgusted — they won’t even come out the house.”

One anonymous source told The Sun, this was Rachel’s “revenge” because she thought Chris had been unfaithful.
“It happened because she heard he’d cheated on her, when he hadn’t. She must have been planning her revenge for months, maybe a year. She’s disgusting.”

However, following the devastating news the groom allegedly went on a four-day bender, starting in Leeds before moving to different destinations in the north of England.

Locals who had seen his story online have even been taking selfies with the former groom-to-be. One woman posted on social media: “We get all the local celebrities.”
A friend told the Mirror: “Chris has been drinking ever since it happened.

“He’s putting a brave face on it all, but it has hit him hard.”

The couple had been together three years and were due to marry in December
