President Cyril Ramaphosa will answer oral questions in the National Assembly ob Tuesday afternoon, while debates on the budget votes of the various government departments and entities are resuming on Tuesday.

Questions to the President include one from Congress of the People on whether he will establish a commission of inquiry into the alleged corruption and abuse of state resources within the police’s Crime Intelligence Division and the State Security Agency.
The Democratic Alliance wants to know the details of the assurances that his newly appointed envoys will give potential foreign investors in order to ensure that the country’s growth targets are met despite plans to expropriate land without compensation.
On committee work, a joint meeting of the Portfolio Committees on Sport and Recreation and Police will be briefed by the Premiere Soccer League and police on the circumstances surrounding violent and chaotic scenes witnessed at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
