Pretoria – Centurion Mall is one of the few malls, if not the only mall in South Africa that has been dubbed by many shoppers as the most considerate mall at a time when shoppers’ budgets are tight and a lot of people are trying to deal the blow dealt in these difficult times.
As confirmed by most shoppers; centurion Mall has operated a guarded gate system for over a month, and suspended the pay station, making it one of the most favored centers by shoppers. During the shoppers’ survey interactive session of shoppers’ experience that was conducted by Millionsworth Public Relations, centurion mall was voted the most considerate mall in the country.
The suspended gate payment is seen by shoppers as one of the most considerate actions, as it considers both the health of shoppers and their purse, which is why centurion mall was voted by many shoppers. Other aspects of the survey considered issues around navigation of the malls, convenience, safety, innovations, technology, communication, and upgrades that considers the ease of shoppers’ interactions.
During an interactive session with the organisers of the shoppers’ experience campaign, David Patricks confirmed that over 89,000 shoppers voted Centurion mall as the most favorable destination with many more planning to pay the center a visit after the recent notable upgrades.
It is believed that the mall has been very innovative over the years making shoppers access easier and more convenient with upgrades and designs that are noticeable and appreciated.
