Errice Anderson, known as Errice Alicia is the Lady in the Bikini wear that was posted on social media by the ANC Gauteng wing. These follows a string of events that have been unfolding and unfavorable on the side of the ANC.
During our interview with one of the leaders of the Gauteng wing who wants to stay anonymous, he said ” It is very unprofessional to run a public platform in an unorganized manner, the action of the social media operatives, who is not a PR person is not excusable but expected as the party wing has no manual of operation, when it comes to e-platforms”.
Errice is so disgusted by the use of her Bikini promo image on Instagram turned Campaign material without any communication. She is however more infuriated by stories published by the likes of Independent Online (Read story here) and Citizens connect (Read story here) , claiming she is suing the political party (ANC) for the use of the image.
I have no idea how my picture ended up in this mess because I have no affiliations with anyone from south Africa. Matter of fact, I don’t know anyone that lives in Africa and I stay as far away from politics as possible, it’s just something I really hate so I wouldn’t be involved in no way or form. I clearly stated in my caption on Instagram when I posted my picture that I was reppng my country as the colors of the Jamaican flag are BLACK GREEN AND GOLD and that was a swimwear from my swimwear line as I’m a fashion designer in Jamaica. The rumors are just that, rumors. I’m not suing anyone. I just want them to remove my picture from this thing because it’s very annoying. Whoever these ANC people are, they are very tacky, distasteful and disrespectful, says Errice Anderson

@ANCJHB Who is the woman in the ad? Did she agree to having her image used in this manner? Does she know that it’s being circulated on sm?

Mandla Mathapelo believes the actions of the ANC is irrevocable and has added to the already damaged political party. They must be serious about the people and recognize they are in a public space, get the right people to do the job and stop messing with people
