Polokwane – Economic Freedom Fighter leader Julius Malema on Sunday spent Christmas Day with hundreds of children at his hometown of Seshego, in Polokwane.
Children from all over the township and surrounding areas gathered at Malema’s township to celebrate one of the most important days on the Christian calendar with gifts and decent lunch.

“Many of them came from poverty stricken backgrounds, many of them have never experienced a good Christmas,” he said.
“We thought it was important that we celebrate with the poor of the poorest. Make it a Christmas to remember,” said Malema
He encouraged his guests to focus on their education, and cautioned them against the use of drugs.
“Take education seriously, and respect your parents and educators,” was his message to children.
