JOHANNESBURG – The Thulsie twins will appear at the Johannesburg magistrate’s court on Monday.
A magistrate is expected to make a ruling on the legality of their arrests.
Brandon Lee and Tony Lee Thulsie were arrested in July.
They’re accused of planning to bomb the American diplomatic mission and Jewish institutions in Johannesburg.
The brothers are facing three counts of contravening the Protection of Constitutional Democracy Against Terrorist and Related Activities Act.
